November 6, 2012
Our co-location provider has announced an at-risk window from 0100 to 0600 on the 13th of this month. Downtime on our services during this time is unlikely, but not impossible — if you have maintenance scheduled within this window, we would recommend moving it forward by one day.
We have been notified of further planned maintenance being undertaken by ESB Telecom on Tuesday November 13th from 01.00. This will result in an an at-risk period for a duration of 5 hours between 01:00 and 06:00.
While most customers will be unaffected other than for a BGP flap on some routes the entire window should be considered an at-risk period by all customers. Our BT and INEX connections will not be affected.
