The Institute of Geologists of Ireland (IGI) is the professional body representing geologists in Ireland. IGI approached Beecher Networks in 2009 with a view to redesigning their website, and migrating to a more professional Content Management System.

After a review of their current site and a detailed consultation, a completely new theme was designed for IGI by Walter Wynne, and MODx was chosen as the most appropriate CMS for IGI’s slightly more complex needs.

The theme was applied to MODx by Adam Beecher, and much of the Institute’s content migrated to the new platform. Beecher Networks continues to host and support the website for IGI.
